A fast paced and detail oriented position, our Order Fulfillment team keeps the plants moving to the dock.  We are looking for a positive, organized person who is an effective communicator to work with our Sales, Delivery and Operations team to successfully curate accurate and beautiful orders for our clients.


This position will supercharge your plant identification skills and positions you for growth at Golden Spruce.


Propagation Assistant


Join out team of plant parents as we cultivate new generations of beautiful crops.


Learn the art and science of cultivating young plants.  From tried techniques to testing out new ways to improve crop quality and quantity, there are many facets to this position.


Propagation is a central component to our company, come be part of the heart of our team!


If you have a interest or passion to create new things and be challenged in new ways, we may be the place for you!


IPM Assistant

Its a little more complicated that that!


Our IMP program include a lot of beneficial and predator insects, along with proper chemical rotations for fungicides and herbicides.  WE also pride ourselves in having one of the best record keeping systems around!

Step 3 in our electrification plan for 2023. It’s been a long wait but we are at the finish line!
