History

Early September 2006, the idea was formed to create a nursery that specialized in meeting the varied needs of the landscape trades. A nursery dedicated to great service and quality plants.

First, we needed a name. There were many idea's discussed but we found that a rare unique tree found only in the Queen Charlotte Islands, a Golden Spruce, reflected our one of a kind service and matched our company perfectly.

Next we found our first location, 24533 Dewdney Trunk Road Maple Ridge. The site had been a nursery years ago. There were many long days preparing the site for Spring 2007.

By fall 2007, we were looking at expanding the company to accommodate the rapid growth in the Fraser Valley. We then found our second location, 2014 Whatcom Road Abbotsford.

We now have two full service yards to meet your needs.
